Sahu Electricals ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and provides the GPS Map Camera Android application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains what information the App accesses, collects, uses, stores, and shares, and the choices available to you.

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not use the App.

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to the GPS Map Camera Android application with package name com.camera.gps. It does not apply to third-party applications, websites, or services that you choose to use from the App. Those services process information under their own privacy policies.

2. Information We Access or Collect

2.1 Location information

With your permission, the App accesses your device's precise or approximate foreground location, including latitude, longitude, accuracy, and an address derived from the coordinates. We use this information to show your position on a map, add location and time information to photos or videos, save locations selected by you, and associate location information with local media records.

The App does not request background location permission and does not use your precise device location for advertising. Location details and saved-location records are primarily stored locally on your device. Coordinates may be processed by Google Maps Platform, Android geocoding services, or related Google services when the App displays a map or converts coordinates into an address.

2.2 Camera, microphone, photos, and videos

With your permission, the App accesses the camera to capture photos and videos, the microphone to record video audio when sound is enabled, and selected photos and videos or your media library so that you can view, edit, stamp, save, or share media.

Photos, videos, audio, generated map images, and stamped media are processed primarily on your device. We do not upload your media to our servers as part of the normal camera, editing, or gallery functionality. If you choose to share media, Android sends it to the application or service selected by you, which processes it under its own terms and privacy policy.

2.3 App records and preferences stored on your device

The App stores information locally to provide its features, including saved locations and coordinates; paths and metadata associated with media; selected templates, fonts, map styles, colors, date and time formats, and watermark settings; language and camera preferences; and permission or onboarding status.

Depending on your Android and Google backup settings, some App data may be included in Android device backup or device-transfer services controlled by you and Google.

2.4 Feedback you submit

If you voluntarily use the in-App feedback form, we store the feedback title and message, device model, Android version, App version, and submission date and time in Google Firebase Firestore. Please do not include sensitive personal information in your feedback. The current feedback form does not require your name, phone number, or email address.

2.5 Analytics, diagnostics, and configuration data

The App uses Google Firebase services, including Analytics, Crashlytics, Remote Config, and Firestore. Depending on the service and device configuration, these services may process App interactions and feature usage; device model, operating-system version, language, and App version; device or installation identifiers; IP address and approximate location derived from it; crash reports, stack traces, diagnostics, and performance information; and Remote Config request information.

We use this information to operate the App, diagnose crashes and errors, understand general feature usage, prevent abuse, and configure App behavior.

2.6 Advertising information

The App contains advertising technology from Google AdMob and Unity Ads. Advertising may be enabled or disabled at different times through remote configuration. When advertising is enabled, these providers may automatically collect or receive information such as:

Google AdMob and Unity Ads process information under their respective privacy policies and may use it to provide, measure, secure, limit, or personalize advertising where permitted.

We do not provide your precise GPS coordinates, captured photos, videos, audio, or saved locations to advertising providers for advertising purposes.

2.7 Payments

The current version does not offer in-App purchases or subscriptions, and we do not collect payment-card or billing information through the App.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to provide camera, map, geocoding, stamping, gallery, editing, saving, and sharing features; remember settings; process feedback; maintain, troubleshoot, secure, and improve the App; measure general usage and performance; remotely configure features and advertising availability; display and measure ads when enabled; and comply with applicable legal obligations.

4. When Information Is Shared

We use service providers that process information to provide their services, including:

When you select Share, the App gives the selected media or location content to the application or service you choose. We do not control how that recipient handles the information.

4.3 Legal, safety, and business purposes

We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law or legal process; protect users, the public, our rights, or our services; investigate fraud or security issues; or complete a merger, acquisition, financing, or transfer of the App, subject to appropriate safeguards.

We do not sell your captured media, saved locations, feedback, or precise GPS location.

5. Data Storage and Retention

Photos, videos, saved locations, local media records, and App preferences are generally retained on your device until you delete them, clear the App's storage, or uninstall the App. Copies shared by you are controlled by the receiving service. Android backups may remain according to your device and Google backup settings.

Feedback stored in Firebase and analytics, diagnostic, or advertising records are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, subject to the retention controls of the relevant service provider.

The App does not currently require users to create an account.

6. Your Choices and Controls

You can grant or deny camera, microphone, location, and media permissions through Android settings; use approximate location where available; turn video sound on or off; delete media and saved locations; clear local App data or uninstall the App; reset or delete your Android Advertising ID; and contact us regarding information submitted through the feedback form.

Revoking a permission may prevent the related feature from working. Deleting the App does not delete information you previously shared with another application or service.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect information. Network traffic is configured to use encrypted connections where supported. However, no storage or transmission method is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You are responsible for controlling access to your device and choosing where and with whom you share stamped media or location information.

8. Children's Privacy

The App is intended for users aged 13 and older. It may receive a general-audience content rating, but it is not designed for or directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Users between 13 and the age of legal majority in their jurisdiction should use the App only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information through the App, contact us so that we can review and, where appropriate, delete it.

9. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information; object to or restrict certain processing; withdraw consent where processing is based on consent; or raise a complaint with an appropriate data-protection authority.

To make a privacy request, email us at sahuelectricalsconsole19@gmail.com. Because the App does not use accounts, we may be unable to associate analytics or advertising records with a particular person.

10. International Processing

We are based in India. Third-party service providers may process information on servers outside your state, province, or country, including in countries whose data-protection laws may differ from those where you live. Where required, the relevant provider uses appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to the App, service providers, legal requirements, or our practices. We will update the "Last updated" date when changes are made. Material changes may also be communicated through the App or its store listing where appropriate.

When requesting deletion of feedback, provide enough non-sensitive information for us to locate the submission, such as the approximate submission date, device model, and feedback title. Do not send passwords, payment information, government identification numbers, or other highly sensitive information.
